We must reimburse all balances related to the vehicle in question, at the time of repurchase and directly to the banking institution indicated on the balance, proof of receipt will be provided to you.

We want to make a difference in this often misunderstood sector and offer a positive experience to our customers.

Legal aspects:

All our documents are legally accredited for vehicle operations. Easy Sale is a car transit company which owns a network of dealerships. We are also SAAQ accredited to deregister regular class vehicles. All final purchases must be made with the person registered as the owner of the vehicle being sold. Some exceptions are possible in very specific cases of illnesses or deaths. Also note that we always ask for two proofs of identity before signing any document.

Best price policy:

We analyze each quote we receive to give you the best offer possible. This price remains in effect for 48 hours. Once this period has passed, a new evaluation of your submission will have to be made.

Vehicle condition:

Before signing the contract or handing over the cheque, we conduct an inspection on all vehicles being considered for purchase. The state of the vehicle must correspond to the information provided by the seller at the time of the bid.

Payment:

We will give you your cheque once we receive your keys and registration. You will be able to cash it immediately.

Balance payment:

Vehicle balances must be paid before we take possession of the vehicle. You have two options: either you pay your balance and provide us with a proof of payment before delivering the vehicle to us, or we deduct your balance from the amount offered. With this second option, we pay your balance and we provide you with a proof of payment.

Licence plate:

Privately owned road vehicles can be deregistered at the time of handing over the keys. If it isn’t possible to deregister your vehicle “on the spot,” it will be done within 48 working hours. If necessary, we will provide you with an official SAAQ proof of service. Any vehicle coming from another source (such as a company), will be deregistered within a maximum of one (1) working week. In such a case, we will also provide you with a proof from the SAAQ.
